The first pair I ordered I got my normal size of 9-9.5, I was not aware of the difference in sizes since this is my first pair of these. They were way too big, I had to go down to a 6-6.5 and those fit great!! It was very difficult to pick a size because there is a “measuring” chart on the inside of one of the boxes but it’s in MM, the sizes on Amazon are normal US sizes. But I just googled MM converted to US size and got close enough to a 6. They are the perfect size now. They came in “recycled packaging” which makes me think they were a pair that someone returned because it’s just an Amazon box with tissue paper. And the right shoe seems a little looser than the left.This is NOT a deal breaker because they LOOK brand new, and they still fit perfect. The bottoms don’t look worn or anything.Also I’ve been told but multiple people that you have to break these in, wear for a few hours and put them away. And don’t get them wet. So far they feel great and I’ve been following what others have said.

These are just fabulous. They look pretty with anything; especially Summer dresses.

I love these Birkenstocks now, but there was a period of adjustment due to the larger toe thong. I did get some blisters initially which almost made wearing the Birks unbearable, but now they fit like a glove. I never want to take them off! Some background information - my shoe size is an 8 1/2. I purchased size 39 which corresponds to the U.S. 8 - 8 1/2. When putting on the Birks for the first time, it is important to make sure to undo the straps, place your heel in the heel bed, and then tighten the straps accordingly. I found that if I tightened the straps it didn't allow my foot to slide around as much. At first I had them looser and I think that is what really ended up causing the blisters in between my toes.

Always liked Birkenstock and these arrived in wonderful condition; brand new, never used as is in some cases but not this company. So don’t be afraid to buy from them. My purchase went smoothly

Didn't have to try these on since I know my Birk size. Typically they were true to size. Nice leather & cork. Would buy these again!

These are well made sandals and my wife says extremely comfortable. Good price for the Birkenstock brand of shoes.

So worth every penny I get compliments all the time!!! Beautiful color and plenty of space inside. Will be another of different color.

 Update 2!: they sent me a replacement and I haven’t had any issues so far so I upped my rating some.Update: after using it only a few times, the shoulder strap snapped off and I can’t just replace it because the buckle area at the side is where it broke off. I can’t seem to message the seller, either.I absolutely love this Tote bag. The quality is amazing and it’s super cute! I got an insert and it fits perfectly to help organize it!

These Birkenstocks are the most confortable shoes ever. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes cured me and made it possible to walk without pain again. I took a star off because Amazon describes these as Boston Soft footbed. These actually have the regular footbed. And that turned out to be really good. The regular footbed it very supportive and excellent. The soft footbed is comfortable but not very supportive and would not have helped my plantar fasciitis.
