Hurt my toe at first but they are good to go now and they are comfy and cute! They should last me many many years to come because the brand is so reliable and that’s what u expect when u get some Birkenstocks :)

I love this bag! I didn't think I'd like it as much as I do. It has room for all the things I carry around when I want to spend the day at a coffeehouse. I did buy a bag organizer to put inside, so that also helps. However, I wish the smaller straps were a bit sturdier, other than that it's perfect! The color is just as pictured and the texture is as expected.

 Update 2!: they sent me a replacement and I haven’t had any issues so far so I upped my rating some.Update: after using it only a few times, the shoulder strap snapped off and I can’t just replace it because the buckle area at the side is where it broke off. I can’t seem to message the seller, either.I absolutely love this Tote bag. The quality is amazing and it’s super cute! I got an insert and it fits perfectly to help organize it!
