The toughest part of buying these is trying to get the right size. I'm a US 10.5/11 and I bought size 44. They're just a touch larger than I'd like but still very comfortable. The leather straps hold up really well to abuse as I've played light tennis in these :)For first timers who buy this product, know that these have a significant arch built into them and may be a bit uncomfortable for some. But if you give it bit of time.. a week of 2, your foot will adjust and be better for it.
