Always wear same size in Birkenstock (size 40), but after reading many reviews from various websites, these seemed to run big. Ordered next size down (39) and they fit perfectly. I can get by with a narrow width, but ordered the regular width on these, and they fit me fine. Very cute style! Only reason I didn't do 5 stars was because they really do run big.

They arrived quickly and with the shoes & box in perfect condition. They’re genuine, which is always a relief when Birks aren’t full price. They ARE narrows, which I knew, and for my medium-to-wide foot means they are a tighter fit than some people may like. But they don’t fly off my foot accidentally, which I like. The only warning I have for other buyers is just that any dyed leather does transfer color to your feet for a while. So I currently have a denim-blue stripe across my instep. But I knew that would happen. Don’t wear new dyed leather shoes if you need pristine feet.

Overall just an okay bag. Annoyed that the strap doesn’t match the bag. (I purchased the green one.) I haven’t had this for long so we will see how it holds up. It’s very light weight and flimsy so we will see! The inside has a decent amount of storage.

I liked this shoe; it's exceptionally comfortable -- completely flat with excellent arch support -- and looks nice. The only problem was that the shoe material (not leather) really stretched after the first wearing. The shoes fit fine when I first put them on, but within a couple of hours got very loose.

I like the tote bag it’s big. And you can store a lot in the bag. The only problem is the smell inside the bag it’s very strong !!
Love this purse. I’ve only used it for a week but it seems well made and will last. I really wanted the Marc Jacobs tote but did not want to pay the price. This is definitely a great alternative. I’ve had several people ask where I got it!! You can’t tell it’s not the real thing until you are up close. I am happy with my purchase so far. The only drawback is the ridiculously long zipper. Not sure why they made it so long. I highly recommend this tote.
Update 2!: they sent me a replacement and I haven’t had any issues so far so I upped my rating some.Update: after using it only a few times, the shoulder strap snapped off and I can’t just replace it because the buckle area at the side is where it broke off. I can’t seem to message the seller, either.I absolutely love this Tote bag. The quality is amazing and it’s super cute! I got an insert and it fits perfectly to help organize it!
