I have plantar fasciitis in both feet.I am a stylist and stand 7 hrs/day.I could hardly walk to my car after work!These arrived in the morning before I leave for work. I put tgem on, wore them the whole day and everyday since. My feet are so NOT in pain at the send of the day, but as a bonus not my back or knees either...I think they are miraculous.The ankle strap was extremely difficult to connect (I'm not big in the ankles) but after 3 to 5 times the leather loosens up and it's way better.I love that they stay on my foot. I have worn Birkenstock products for decades. The quality and fit have remained consistent and consistently superior to other sandals over the years. They provide excellent arch support for a flat-footed person like me and provide plenty of room for my wide feet. I can wear the sandals without orthopedic inserts -- a very rare thing for me.Because of the sizing and quality consistency I am comfortable ordering Birkenstock sandals without trying them on -- another rare thing.

These are just fabulous. They look pretty with anything; especially Summer dresses.

I saw a good deal from one of the online shops I buy a lot from and purchased a white pair originally. I fell in love with them as soon as I got them. I had to get a black pair as well. While it does take a couple of days to wear them in properly - they are a great shoe. They are supportive, stable, cute to look at, secure on the foot with the adjustable straps. They fit true to size - I am usually an 8 -81/2 US. The size 39 fits me perfectly (just). Lovely shoe and I am thrilled to now own 3 pairs of Birkenstocks.

One of my two favorite Birkenstock styles, in the most beautiful red leather. I will be wearing them a LOT. As in my other Birkenstocks, I go down a size, and they fit and feel great.
