First, if this is your first pair of Birkenstock you might have a surprise about the size. I know my size with them is 1 to 1 1/2 size smaller than for most other brands. That is something to always keep in mind when buying Birkenstocks. Although their sizes are on the box once the shoes are received in case an exchange is needed.I didn't really need to get used to the shoes as they were replacing another pair. I like the ankle strap compared to the ones I had before. While these aren't the sexiest shoes on the market, they mix comfort, support and femininity. That was all I needed from them and I take every opportunity to wear them.

These are literally the most uncomfortable things I've ever worn. I thought maybe I had to break them in a bit so I suffered for a few days and wore them constantly. By the end of day 2 my poor feet were in so much pain and I had a giant blister on my toe. Wish I'd kept the packaging so I could return them.

Size is true to guide, fut perfect. Comfortable and quality, I have 2 other pairs of Birkenstock sandals and these are great. Color advertised with picture was not what I received, contacted company through Amazon. They responded quickly, but stated the verbal description was accurate even though picture was not. I still like the pattern and since they wouldn't return I kept them.

One of my two favorite Birkenstock styles, in the most beautiful red leather. I will be wearing them a LOT. As in my other Birkenstocks, I go down a size, and they fit and feel great.

I usually have issues with shoes pinching around y toes and/or at the heel (causing blisters). None of that with these cozy, nice looking loafers. Everything’s made with synthetics nowadays, so I guess the lack of breathability is to be expected. These have enough room inside for some socks or insoles.

Love the bag. Very durable. The brand itself is durable. I have a wallet similar to the fanny/shoulder bag that I practically put through hell and back and its not broken apart. I really like the fact that it can be both a fanny pack or a shoulder bag.
