I have plantar fasciitis in both feet.I am a stylist and stand 7 hrs/day.I could hardly walk to my car after work!These arrived in the morning before I leave for work. I put tgem on, wore them the whole day and everyday since. My feet are so NOT in pain at the send of the day, but as a bonus not my back or knees either...I think they are miraculous.The ankle strap was extremely difficult to connect (I'm not big in the ankles) but after 3 to 5 times the leather loosens up and it's way better.I love that they stay on my foot. They are not to bulky, and super cute. I really really love them! Buy em. Your feet will thank You!

Would 100% recommend for commuters and great for multi-use. Fairly affordable for the quality of bag. It's cute, stylish, and comfortable. The straps aren't stiff, unlike some backpacks, so it is very easy on the shoulders. I also love how when you adjust the straps you are able to fold and tuck away the loose strap that is left over. The computer compartment is also well padded, so no need for a separate laptop sleeve. Best backpack I have had yet!
