Size is true to guide, fut perfect. Comfortable and quality, I have 2 other pairs of Birkenstock sandals and these are great. Color advertised with picture was not what I received, contacted company through Amazon. They responded quickly, but stated the verbal description was accurate even though picture was not. I still like the pattern and since they wouldn't return I kept them.

Update 2!: they sent me a replacement and I haven’t had any issues so far so I upped my rating some.Update: after using it only a few times, the shoulder strap snapped off and I can’t just replace it because the buckle area at the side is where it broke off. I can’t seem to message the seller, either.I absolutely love this Tote bag. The quality is amazing and it’s super cute! I got an insert and it fits perfectly to help organize it!
